Adipocytes

چکیده
How do they work? Major components of the perception and signalling pathway have already been revealed. These include an a/ hydrolase as receptor and a complex of players including a DELLA protein and an F-Box protein. In shoots, a protein named D53 has been shown to be targeted for degradation in the presence of strigolactones and this degradation is required for branch inhibition. The downstream targets are not yet proven, but are likely to differ for different processes. Strigolactone deficiency is often associated with enhanced auxin transport. For shoots, there is ongoing debate about relative roles of auxin transport and the direct action of strigolactones on other pathways such as through Teosinte Branched-1 (TB1; other names BRC1 and FC1). An enhancer of TB1 gene expression was identified as the main cause of decreased tillering and enhanced yield in domesticated maize compared with its wild progenitor, teosinte.

Cinnamon Extract Changes the Expression of miRNAs26-b, 29a, 223 and320 in Insulin Resistant Adipocytes
Objective: Insulin resistance (IR) is the major cause in Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Expression of some miRNAs can be changed in response to a drug treatment for IR, and used as the biomarker in IR. This study set out to determine the effect of cinnamon extract (cinnamaldehyde) on some miRNAs expression in IR adipocytes. Materials and Methods: In this In-vitro study the 3T3L1 cells were e...
متن کاملEvaluation of Human Breast Adenocarcinoma (MCF-7) Cells Proliferation in Co-Culture with Human Adipocytes in Three Dimensional Collagen Gel Matrix: Norepinephrine as a Lipolytic Factor
Background: Norepinephrine plays a trophic role in the control of cell replication and differentiation in target cells that express adrenergic receptors. Methods: In this study, we have tested the influence of infraphysiological, physiological and supraphysiological concentrations (0.0001 nM, 1 nM, 10000 nM) of human norepinephrine on the proliferation of breast cancer cells (human breast adeno...
متن کاملMetformin and Pioglitazone Reduce Gene Expression of Inflammatory Factors in Insulin Resistant and Hypertrophied Adipocytes
Objective: In obesity, chronic low grade inflammation, created by induction of pro-inflammatory markers, causes adipocyte dysfunction in adipose tissue. Adipocytes dysfunction is associated with various diseases including insulin resistance and obesity. In obesity, inflammatory factors such as osteopontin (OPN), angiopoietin-like protein 2 (Angptl2) and transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) are...
متن کاملبیان ژنPPARγ در سلولهای چربی تمایز یافته از سلولهای بنیادی مزانشیمی مغز استخوان انسانی
Background and Aim: Obesity is now considered as one of the main risk factors of certain known diseases such as cardio-vascular diseases, non- insulin-dependent diabetes, and common cancers. Moreover, the increase of white fat tissue is known as a main factor in the obesity process, in terms of physiology and pathology. Therefore, the understanding of adipocytes differentiation processes is cru...
متن کاملDifferentiation of adipocytes and osteocytes from human adipose and placental mesenchymal stem cells
Objective(s):Mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) can be isolated from adult tissues such as adipose tissue and other sources. Among these sources, adipose tissue (because of easy access) and placenta (due to its immunomodulatory properties, in addition to other useful properties), have attracted more attention in terms of research. The isolation and comparison of MSC from these two sources provides a ...
متن کاملDevelopment of a Novel Anti-Obesity Compound with Inhibiting Properties on the Lipid Accumulation in 3T3-L1 Adipocytes
Background: Obesity as a developing global challenge can be characterized by increase in adipocyte number and size arising from adipogenesis. Control of adipogenesis, as a potential strategy, can prevent and manage obesity. So far, the effectiveness of herbal medicine and active ingredients therapies for obesity and metabolic syndrome treatment has been investigated. In this study, a novel comb...
